After  over complete design we start the steel fabrication as per fabrication drawing .I have a well qualified fabricator and welder can be done any kind of critical job.

FABRIC FABRICATION :-

There is one more kind of fabric use for car parking shade which in HDPE NET FABRIC,PVDF ,PVC,PTFE,ETFE AND POLY CARBONATE SHEET.

HDPE FABRIC usually  use for Sun shade for light structure for long time HDPE fabric give 99.5 protection firn UV-Rays. Simply can be stitch and cut by machine or manual using by good quality thread.

PVC & PVDF or Any kind of plastic series fabric is not common fabric these kind of fabric come to  be high quality fabric. These kind of need a strong steel structure.This kind of fabric can be stitch by Hot Blower or High frequency machine. I have both kind of machine as per client require we do .

This kind of fabric safe from Sun,Water and dust.its is costly from HDPE .

PAINT: 

We provide epoxy and powder coated as per client requirement in corrosion less layer.
